We are selling a rental property and needed to clean the air ducts as provision of the contract. I found this company on-line with a great price which is what I needed as we were also incurring many other expenses to close on the home. We agreed to the price and they went to provide the service in a timely fashion. The house is vacant and I was out of town at the time. Sounds great right? Then I got the phone call from the actual technician who told me the price they quoted was basically for vacuuming the ducts only at the vents. If I wanted the real cleaning from the unit to the vents it would cost more than double. They knew my situation so I went ahead with the job.
To be truthful, the price I paid was still a good price, but I don't like the whole bait and switch game they played. I don't treat people I deal with this way and I don't appreciate it being done to me.
I have not had a chance to see the work, but I assume it is okay. (I'll edit my post if not!)
I would probably be writing a different review if I did not feel bamboozled by this deal. They just need to be honest. I probably would have used them anyway but will definitely not now!

Being a new home owner I prefer repair companies that are willing to explain the work and make sure you are happy and comfortable before starting the work and then explain their findings and what you need to do after (if anything). I am mostly unhappy with the customer service. I can't really attest to the quality of the work since I have no frame of reference. They were the cheapest that I could find for the work so I guess you get what you pay for.
I want to believe you get what you pay for, but in the end I didn't even get that because the 10-minute process did absolutely nothing to improve the look of our carpet. It was $70 plus tip down the drain.
