We are selling a rental property and needed to clean the air ducts as  provision of the contract. I found this company on-line with a great price which is what I needed as we were also incurring many other expenses to close on the home. We agreed to the price and they went to provide the service in a timely fashion. The house is vacant and I was out of town at the time. Sounds great right? Then I got the phone call from the actual technician who told me the price they quoted was basically for vacuuming the ducts only at the vents. If I wanted the real cleaning from the unit to the vents it would cost more than double. They knew my situation so I went ahead with the job.

To be truthful, the price I paid was still a good price, but I don't like the whole bait and switch game they played. I don't treat people I deal with this way and I don't appreciate it being done to me.

I have not had a chance to see the work, but I assume it is okay. (I'll edit my post if not!)

I would probably be writing a different review if I did not feel bamboozled by this deal. They just need to be honest. I probably would have used them anyway but will definitely not now!

This company is a scam.  It is a bate and switch scenario.  They were unprofessional, rude, pushy using incorrect information and scare tactics.  They did not provide the service paid for at all.  They barely cleaned out the vents, just used a tool to blow dirt about a foot up into the vent and not actually clean out the vent.  The unit was barely wiped out and most of it was left dirty.  They provided misleading information and have been reported to the BBB.  When I called to have my money refunded I received the run around. The only option I was given was to have the crew come back out which I was not comfortable with given the poor and uncomfortable experience the first time.

The original phone call customer service was good. The day of service they called to ask if they could come two hours early which I agreed to and was fine. I was happy to get it over with and enjoy the rest of my Sunday. When they arrived the gentleman was very "blah" not friendly at all. I had some questions and he had an attitude and appeared as though I was annoying him. I just purchased my house so I had some questions about the chimney and he was just very short and not helpful in his responses. I had a contractor at my home at the same time giving me a quote for some other work and he gave that gentleman a look like "Can you believe this? Will she just leave me alone and let me finish the work?". I was not happy with the customer service and personality of the worker. After the inspection he wanted me to sign the form so that he could start the work but he hadn't completed the form with the services to be provided. When I refused to sign and agree to having the work performed because there was nothing listed he became annoyed and just insisted that I just needed to sign agreeing that he could work in my home. Eventually he checked off the chimney cleaning part and I signed. Of course, there were additional charges because he said I needed to pay for some kind of acid treatment to get rid of sap from previous owners burning wood in the fire place. At the end of the service he asked if I had my dryer vent cleaned and I told him that I was not doing that today and I would call back later if I wanted it because i just wanted them out.  I don't know if they did a good job or not because I have never had a fire place before so I don't know what it is suppose to look like but I guess its fine. I honestly think it probably wasn't really dirty to begin with and they just cleaned it more just because. I looked before and after and there wasn't much difference. But I probably needed to have it done as a part of regular maintenance anyway so it was an investment especially since I have a home warranty and don't want anything to void the warranty.
Being a new home owner I prefer repair companies that are willing to explain the work and make sure you are happy and comfortable before starting the work and then explain their findings and what you need to do after (if anything). I am mostly unhappy with the customer service. I can't really attest to the quality of the work since I have no frame of reference. They were the cheapest that I could find for the work so I guess you get what you pay for.

I ordered a "carpet cleaning" special off the internet from a company that popped up when I Googled "ZeroRez."  I assumed that was the company I was calling, but the person who answered said they used the same process so I just scheduled the service from them.  The special was $70 for carpet cleaning three rooms. I did not realize that this only entailed lightly spraying some (supposedly) hot water on the carpet and vaccuuming it. This was not a true steam clean, no cleaning products were used, and the technician did not pre-treat any of the light stains.  The technician was pleasant, but he immediately tried to upsell me to $150 to get a steam clean, which I had no way of evaluating on the spot so I declined.  In retrospect, I should have just politely asked him to leave after he told me that "this basic service does nothing to clean your carpet."
I want to believe you get what you pay for, but in the end I didn't even get that because the 10-minute process did absolutely nothing to improve the look of our carpet.  It was $70 plus tip down the drain.

It was the first time that I had hired them and I was happy because they did a very good job. What I liked the most about them was that they arrived on time, they were very responsive and reasonably priced as well.

They did a great job and the carpet was dry really fast. I really liked the fact that we didn't have to stay off of it for a really long time. My carpets look excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.
