Nothing but a headache... Appeared the day after storm, apparently was in my neighborhood. Knocked on door and said they would handle everything with insurance so I didn't have too. Their rep - Dusty claimed they work with my insurance company ALL the time. This didn't happen as they claimed. I ended up stuck in the middle of a 3 month dispute. Insurance company unhappy with overall service, the $10k charge for one tree removed and specifically their charging for specialty equipment not even used. Insurance Inspector reviewed video of the removal and seen no specialty equipment, when questioned they refused to adjust cost and remove the equipment expense. Insurance Inspector called it dishonest price gouging. Insurance paid the tree claim since the work was done and refused to accept a bid for the construction business to repair. If you use them, good luck!
