Good job on oven ,blinds and carpet. I asked for paint splatters on wood floors to be removed and I would pay extra .. Wasn't done so I spent 3 hours next day removing them. They said the couldn't remove all but I was able to. Little disappointed. They were very nice tho.

They charged us $60 extra for our 200 sq ft over the limit of the coupon. They didn't clean the cabinets in the kitchen. We specifically requested all baseboards and they only cleaned the few we pointed out to describe what we wanted cleaned. It was move of a regular clean service instead of a Deep Clean which is what the coupon was for. Very disappointed.

"The [Member Name Removed] house had red dust everywhere. The baseboards were scrubbed twice. Some baseboards were stained with the red dust. This happens when the dust has been there for too long. The redness of the dust penetrated into the wood. If we were to scrub harder, the paint would have come off. The cabinets in the kitchen and all the bathrooms were wiped down. The blinds, window sills, and fans had a thick layer of the red dust mixed with greese. We mopped twice because of the red dust and stains. We also cleaned the oven, took down cobwebs, dusted and polished the furniture, wiped down all the doors, cleaned the glass windows and vacuumed. When we contacted them, they informed us that their house was not that dirty. When we arrived that was not the case."

Update on a previous review in 2018. We're coming up on 2 years of using their services and remain extremely satisfied with the level of throughness, timeliness, and flexibility with the services provided. We have a multi-story home with most activity on 2 of the 3 levels. Their team arrives on schedule every time fully prepared to clean our home. No issues with providing additional attention in areas when requested. I have and will continue to recommend them to others.

The cleaning crew was great. I am really happy with the results. The bathrooms looks spotless like I never used them. The carpet looks like new. They managed to remove the stains my children made. I highly recommend them. I hired them to clean my new house.

The first interaction I left several voicemails and no response. Then I learned communications best by email or text and from there Akins crews have been excellent for the last six months or so. Punctual AND FLEXIBLE, which many cleaners are not. Countertops shine, beds are tightly made, floors cleaned, they do excellent work.
