Garbage Collection
CONSISTENT PROBLEMS WITH GETTING ALL COLLECTIONS MADE IN A TIMELY MANNER. AT THIS TIME, FOR EXAMPLE, I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR TWO WEEKS TO GET MY RECYCLABLES COLLECTED. CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL ARE POLITE, BUT THEY DO NOT SEEM TO BE ABLE TO AFFECT THE NEEDED CHANGES.
