I have ADT. We have had them from a long time. They have been pretty good and every couple of years they want to raise the monthly payment. I keep saying that if they raise it I will not use them again. I have the same rate since 15 years and they have been pretty good about that.

We have an alarm system and we thought it was a good deal.  They were coming around the neighborhood door to door.  The installation was free so that's why we thought we were getting a great deal.  There is a monthly monitoring charge and I have seen ad’s for the same that are way cheaper.  Unfortunately we are in a contract so we cannot cancel it.  It is one of the big alarm system companies.  I would tell people to do a research before they sign up for any contract.  Initially we thought it was a great deal but since learning that they are way over priced on their monthly fee, I'm very disappointed with them that we are locked into a five year contract.            

The installation team (3 men) had to work for 10 hours straight to finish the house, and they did it cheerfully and thoughtfully. No damage to home. When installation tests weren't quite right, the same tech arrived at 8am the next day to fix the problem. The manager of the unit visited the home too. Very impressive.

I like the fact that the monthly service fee will never increase as long as the contract is in force without any break in service. They installed the alarm system and cleaned up the mess that they had made. One of the window sensors didn't work correctly and they came out and replaced it quickly.

There's been a ramp up of crime in our neighborhood and decided it was time to install a home security system. After reading the reviews on Angie's List, we went with Brinks. They were available the very next day after I called to do a consultation and within three days the system was installed and working properly. We've had one technology issue since installation. They sent someone out the next day and repaired the problem free of charge. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone looking for a reputable and responsive security company.

They came in and did a great job. They used existing wires, the workers were great and when one needed help they just called each other and someone came and help out. It was a wonderful experience. They were clean and professional and did an overall great job. They came in a professional looking truck, they put slippers on when they came in and I felt so much more comfortable with Brinks than I did with my previous home alarm company. They told me that they do research and make sure the workers are checked out for any kind of criminal record.

Brinks is a great company and has a good reputation. The installation technician was very nice and made sure I understood how to properly work the system. We have a chime option so I know when doors open - very nice to have with small kids. I feel safer knowing I have the system and the monitoring.

They respond immediately by calling within thirty seconds of an emergency. They send the appropriate response team out right away. I have been using them for ten years and I am 100% satisfied with their services.

The system is easy to navigate and it s great. I feel secure leaving my home for vacations knowing that my home is protected. They call when the alarm goes off for to long and if no answer, they send the police. The people here are friendly and I would recommend this service to all homeowners.

We have never had any false alarms but they come out on time if we have any other problems. They always answer any questions that we may have and their prices are reasonable.

We had a couple of issues and they have responded really quickly to everything that was happening. They were really fast actually, at the time of the incidents. They are a great company.

Brinks does a fine job monitoring my home. I have never had any problems with them and they are quick to respond. Their charge is less than some others as well and they are very good. They are worth having and I feel safe with them. I definitely recommend them.

I ve never really had any complaints about this company. They do their job and monitor my home.That is pretty much all I can say about them. I hired them because they have a good reputation. They are a very large and well known company.

Brinks has been really good to us and we have been long term customers of theirs for quite some time now. They have never messed up. They always do everything right. They are easy to deal with. They never give us a headache and we're totally satisfied and not planning on switching any time in the near future.

The men from Brinks Home Security were extremely nice. They were very quick and efficient. Everything went smoothly. We feel that we are safer know they are such quick responders. I can't remember the initial set up fee, but the price I'm telling you is their monthly rate.

I would call Brinks average and typical. That's about all that I can say with them. I mean, we continue to use them. They are okay and decent enough. I have no major complaints. They are just simply average.

Brinks' prices have never increased in the three years I have been using them regardless of my location. I find that to be pretty pleasing in and of itself. The care I get is good. I have set off false alarms before and they are great about dealing with that. I think they have been really good to me.

Everything is really good with them as long as my phone lines are working. They are professional and whenever I have had to call them, they were right on top of the problem. Their price is really great too.

I really like the fact that we have door chimes so I know when my kids are going in and out of the house. I really haven't had any problems with my alarm system as I haven't had to use them however based on their customer service, I don't think I would have a problem if it should arise.

Brink's provides me with good services. They are in general, above average. I really like my home alarm system they installed and they have never failed me in their monthly monitoring of my system.

Brinks provides me with decent monthly services. When they installed my home alarm system though, they took a short cut so as to avoid going into my crawlspace. The installation guy also arrived late and left a mess because he was in a rush to get out of my house. He was a guy who they subbed out. I also found their service representative to be highly enthusiastic until I had signed the papers with this company. Once I did that, he seemed to loose his excitement. I am satisfied, to date, with the monthly services, however. I am here nor there when it comes to really referring them. I feel like I have lacked a whole lot of contact with them. I did like that I was not charged for them to install my system because it was through a referral from a friend.

The salesperson was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about the service. He gave some helpful suggestions for the outside of the house to make it less desirable to a burglar. The installation went well and the technician was professional and prompt. There was one problem with the wiring of one of the back doors, and he ended up having to rewire a portion of it. There was no extra charge assessed for having to rewire the door. He cleaned up after making the installations and explained the operations of the alarm in a very easy to understand manner.
