A Super Carpet Cleaning

Carlos is very professional and did an AMAZING job cleaning my carpet. My carpet looked brand new when he was done. I would definitely recommend him to EVERYONE!!!

The technician was very nice. Everything turned out fine. However, he did not pre-treat spots so when the rugs dried, I could still see some spots leftover.

He did a wonderful job.  He was very efficient, timely, and professional.  It was just one man and he came in and got the job done and left.  I would give him a 20 out of 10.

I sent several emails to ask questions about the cost.  I did not want one price quoted before hire and another price quoted after arriving to my home.  I was as detailed as possible when I described my areas so Carlos could give me as accurate a price as possible.  I explained the size of rooms, stains, location of spaces, etc.  I paid the price he originally quoted. No hassles!  
He pointed out a pet stain in the dining room that I had not seen and explained it could not be removed because it had been there too long.  I appreciated that he pointed it out.  He redid a difficult stain in another area with a stronger chemical but did not charge extra for working on it.  Carlos was very pleasant and professional.  He works alone so furniture moving could possibly be a issue.  I had moved already most of the furniture I wanted moved before he arrived.

Carlos did an excellent job. The minute I arrived to my apartment I felt that I had new carpets. The stains were gone, the carpet looked very fresh and dry (not like other providers that I found the carpet kind of wet) the coffee stains also were gone> Carlos re stretched the parts of the carpet that were wrinkled that were are real problem. Several times me and my family stepped on the wrinkles and I thought they were dangerous some way some how. I am very pleased with the job Carlos performed. He was extremely kind and patient to listen all the things that I needed to be fixed. He also explained to me what exactly he will do. The price was excellent, the job was very well performed and the professionalism was there. I will highly recommend this provider to all my friends and colleges.

Carlos cleaned very soiled carpet including pet stains and ground in dirt and undetermined stains. He was prompt and worked with my schedule. I had thought most of the carpet would have to be replaced or dyed to be useable. All of the stains and odor are gone. He worked very h****** that carpet. I Would definitely use him again and recommend him. Thank you Carlos.
