I needed 3 locks rekeyed. The technician came 30 minutes late and took him hour and fifteen minutes to complete the job. The 5% discount was ignored even after showing him the coupon from Angie's list. When I made the appointment, the person on the phone told me to show the technician the coupon and it would be honored. NO! He also did not take a business check, so I had to use my business credit card. The manager called me the next day to apologize and came to my business and handed me a discount check for $25, making the entire service $95. He was forthright and professional as the way he handled the mistakes.

"First of all we are sorry for any inconvenience. It is a company policy that we accept only cash or cards. The locks were commercial and not easy to disassemble and one of them was old which he replaced for a new one. It took him one hour to finish the job but that is fast according of the job difficulty. Probably technician misunderstood you about 5 off coupon and actually he should have give the discount to you. He were late and it is unacceptable I agree. Please call us back and we will resolve this issue. Thanks for your business."

Excellent work at a fair price. I had removed all the door locks from my house and taken them to a big store where allegedly I would have been able to get them re-keyed. As I was proven wrong and it got late in the afternoon, I decided to look for a locksmith in Angie's List and called 7Mondays Locksmith Services. He agreed to do the job as soon as I could meet him at his place of business. Bottom line is 7Mondays Locksmith Services is able and available to do the job and responsive to customer needs.

Great! I didn't get his name but the gentleman was polite and professional. I'd locked my keys in the house early in the morning. He was quickly able to unlock the door so I could retrieve my keys and go to work. Very thankful!

Terrific! Showed up about 30 or so minutes after the initial call and completed the work in about another 30-45 minutes. I was very impressed. He was professional, knowledgeable and offered alternatives. I thought for the responsiveness and level of service, the price was fair.

A+++. I scheduled with short notice. Bek was on-time, courteous/professional, thorough and serious about his craft. It is clear that he takes pride in his work and company. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing locksmith services, and especially to those whose reputations rely on making recommendations to their clients (for example, real estate agents with clients moving into new homes, divorce attorneys whose clients need to change locks, etc.)

The experience was outstanding. We closed on Friday and realized that we did not have adequate security. We called 7 Monday's on Saturday and they were able to complete the work in a very timely manner. The work was carefully done and we are very pleased with the results.

I needed to change my locks in my new apartment. And I called local locksmith. Bek from 7Mondays Locksmith came by quick and gave me consultation about my locks and suggested me just to re-key them istead of change them. So he saved my money and did perfect job with my locks. He provided great costumer service. Once he done he gave me 4 new keys to my new apartment.
