The work was excellent. I have inquired from both neighbors where the property line existed and couldn't get answers. In fact, I took them at their word until reviewing property map from county didn't coincide with their estimates. After contacting Wide Open Land Surveying, Mr. Shirey scheduled gave me an online quote, we discussed a date and he showed up as and started. The results, I received property markings, aerial map image, and property maps by mail and official copy by mail. It appears both neighbors were wrong, my property line actually extended their indications and I can feel comfortable in planning my fence installation without worry of neighbor dispute which could result in tearing down my fence for a few inches over official property. This is my first house ever and starting out correctly is important. To wrap up my review, this company is hands down excellent!! I would definitely recommend to others!
Scheduling was very easy and I was given a copy of the county map for my records. A+
