"Thank you for the kind words. We enjoyed working for you and would love to do so again in the future."
"We are saddened to see this poor review from a customer that we thoroughly enjoyed working for. The refund in question amounts to $54.00, which we will admit slipped through the cracks but we will have sent out ASAP. We NEVER refused to refund anything nor did we quit answering phone calls, emails or text messages. Our last response was that we would send the refund. We have all of our communication with our customer. The only time that we were slow to respond with an answer was when our suppliers shut down during the ongoing pandemic and we did not have an answer from them as to an appropriate replacement for the mirror mount brackets, which the customer was informed of the delay. The brackets were a manufacturer defect and not the fault of West Georgia Design Build or installation. We do not feel that this F grading is warranted based on the manufacturer defect and overall quality of the end product of their beautiful master bathroom."
"I want to say I enjoyed doing the work for this customer. However, In all my time responding to these reviews, I don't think I have ever just flat out said someone was not speaking the truth. There is usually 2 sides to an issue. However, this customer is pretty close to it. Not one person of my staff ever gave her attitude about anything. When we leave a jobsite each day, we ask if there is anything we can do for them or if they have any concerns. We want to address them sooner rather than later. She got a granite upgrade at not charge in her dark room but we had some silicone seal issues. I removed the granite and had them addressed professionally. I then got her approval on the condition of the granite. Not once, but twice. Once before I installed it and again after it was installed. Then she emails 4 months later trying to say there are issues with the granite. This is not acceptable behavior and I called her on it.. The request she is speaking of is blown in versus batt insulation and she made no such request at all or ever. I explained and showed them the insulation prior to using it. They knew exactly what they were receiving. They asked me to insulate the attic and I did. The machine we used had a hose come loose on us which blew some insulation into the room where the attic access is located. I explained to them that I cleaned the room as thoroughly as possible with all the stuff that was stored in that room but can only do so much when the room is crammed full of items. I can't be responsible for moving every piece of furniture, clothing, etc. to clean the room and so she may have to vacuum again once she puts all her stuff away. Almost 4 months after the job was done, she emailed a complaint about the insulation puffs she found in the room. Meaning, she had not cleaned or addressed this room in 4 months and was somehow upset with me about the possibility of harm to her pets from the insulation puffs 4 months later. This is not an acceptable response time in the contracting world and she was not happy when I told her so and called her out on it. I do my very best to make sure my clients are informed and understand what they are receiving. I go out of my way to make sure they are happy with their products before I walk away. 4 months later is just not acceptable behavior."
We have used the shower a lot since completion. My wife, I, and our dogs like the convenience of the walk in shower with bench.
