It went well. They explained everything. They were very careful in performing the work. There was a mistake with the replacement of the carpet and they resolved the problem immediately. They were very considerate and tried to limit the noise and inconvenience as much as possible.

Unique Elements bid on three jobs for us; the outside job is the first one completed. We expect to bring Andy Adam's excellent crew back to paint the inside trim, and then job #3 is tiling a new shower in the master bath. Why the trim? The original trim paint when we put Hardieplank on our home several years ago was flat instead of a contrasting sheen, and it had gotten dingy. The house now looks elegant again. On the final day of the job, the guys went around to identify any touch-up needed, and made sure the job was perfect before they left. I first learned of Andy through a referral from a tile store, and I liked the photos of his tile work on line. When I found out that his company offers a broader range of Restoration and Renovation services, I was very pleased. There were some initial delays with the scheduling, as the company is very busy this spring, but the schedule was worked out and the job was completed in the time frame anticipated. Once you find a company that does good quality work and employs workers who you are happy to have around your home, it's great to be able to use them for multiple jobs.
