 + -1 moreAll went great! The date kept getting pushed back because of the constant rain forecasts but because of the sort of work I needed done, weather had to be accommodated. Rodney is a very calm, confident, trustable man who did a great job helping me get control of the dirt in my yard so I can get a yard I can love again. He did all of this in less than a day. I found P&R Grading through a long-time friend who had him fill in a sink hole and gave him a good reference.
Description of Work: used bob cat to clean out extra limbs and roots after I had an area cleared and stumps ground leaving my yard a bit of a mess. Rodney came out assessed what I needed and we had to wait for a window of good weather so he could get the work done without taking out all the good dirt with the sticks and roots he was sifting out of the yard. He smoothed it all out making sure that things were sloped so as to keep the water flow impact of the change minimal to the neighbors property. Rodney had do bring in several trucks of topsoil and other stuff to fill in a sink hole and smooth out the yard. I'm looking forward to less pool maintenance due to a nicely sloping yard with fewer trees right on top of the pool.
