STRONG ARMS IN A TRUCK

if you use strong arms in a truck, request reggie and rico only! on october 21st i used saiat with reggie and rico and everything went smooth and fast and within my 2 hour time. on november 2, 2017 i requested saiat again because of my previous experience. this time was horrible...it was andy and mark i believe who moved me from my apartment to a storage unit. they came in the door saying that it will take 3 hours when everything was still packed from moving with reggie and rico less than 2 weeks before. they *** dragged and took things apart before throwing my things into the storage unit. just discovered that they broke my knob on my dryer and left the whole storage in a disarray! i called the office and all the lady says is there is nothing they could do because i did not indicate that there was damage at the time! wow...really....how would i know if i couldn't get to nor see the drying that they piled boxes and other **** on it. terrible terrible terrible

Initially I would say that our experience was very strong. They were really flexible, communication was good and very helpful and comforting when we had some potential last minute hiccups with our move date.
The guys who came were nice and mostly professional. We liked their crew leader and they had one guy who seemed like a superstar - I would have hired him on the spot if I had a similar service business.
The problem is in their efficiency they damaged a lot of our stuff. When we got to the house and the space for the refrigerator was clearly too small they just kept trying to squeeze it in and damaged our brand new cabinets. As we lived in the house we've seen more and more damage to walls and property. I was hoping to include some pictures but I guess that's not possible. Thye broke a chair leg in half, significantly damaged legs and tops of other furniture and beat up some walls in our brand new home.
I did send pictures to the company (before we knew the extent of damage but some clearly bad issues) and they basically said "Thanks for the candid feedback" but nothing else.
I would say it's possible that you could get a good overall experience here, and the price is certainly good, but I wouldn't touch them again with a 24' truck.

They arrived on time. Wrapped my furniture, started with the things that would go into my new home first, loaded the truck in a timely manner. dismantled the bedroom. Once we arrived at our destination they carefully unloaded my items, placed them where I asked, reassembled the bedroom. all in less than two hours. I have had other movers and they would lag around to extend the time to move, but not these guys they have a minimum of two hours, and I was moved in less than two hours. Which meant a lot to me since I am a single woman. They did a terrific job and I would use them again.
