It was a normal service two months ago, no outstanding issues. Rotated tires as part of the service. Problem did not surface until this past week. Wife had flat tire 60 miles from home on a weekend with no auto service centers open. She decided not to try to remove tire and drive back on the baby tire since it was raining. Her friend she was visiting loaned her a vehicle and with plans for me to return with her the next day. I went back with her the next day. Lug nuts on the tire was extremely hard to remove. If I hadn't had access to a hammer and a socket wrench, the car would still be there. Never will let Southtowne touch tires again.

We keep going back to them because they are so good. They offer free car washes upon completion of service. There is no wait time. In particular Carmen and Jason in the service department are "beyond excellent." They are always sending me coupons which is very helpful.
