Doug and his staff were a pleasure to work with. They took the time to thoroughly brief me to ensure I understood what I was buying, the installation process, and how everything worked. After hours of internet research I was comfortable with his product and its warranty. Particularly impressive was Doug's willingness to providing me with a written guarantee that there would be no labor charged to repair or replace any parts during the entire time they were covered by the warranty. Of the three other bids I received none would provide labor at no cost. To say that Doug and his people and Southeast Awnings exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. I would rate them higher if I could!

Doug quickly responded to my Home Advisor inquiry and set up an appt. to see where I wanted to install the awning. He brought samples for me to see and made recommendations about which fabric patterns showed less dirt. The next morning, I received an email with pricing, just as he promised. I had another company come out to give me a quote and their price was significantly higher than Southeast Awnings. My awning was quoted at a 3-4 week lead time. Southeast Awnings installed it 3 1/2 weeks after I placed my order. It looks beautiful and I'm really pleased!
