Charles has done work for us several times in the past several years and is always honest, efficient, polite and responsive. We were referred to Charles several years back by a friend. We had one of the major HV/AC companys come to repair one of our units and he told us the entire unit had to be replaced and the cost would be $8,000. Charles came and found that the coil needed replacing and fixed it for $1,100. He performed the repairs and the unit worked fine. We have a home with 3 separate units and Charles has had to be called several times and each time we are impressed by is honesty and knowledge. I'd recommend him to everyone.
