Excellent- very competitive price, excellent service, quick and accurate work.

It went very well. We didn't end up using them for work because of scheduling conflicts. However, they had the best price and were very easy to get in touch with. Although they weren't chosen to do the work the owner has been very helpful in answering questions and referring me to other companies if he wasn't able to assist me.

My pool wasn't skimming the leaves off the top. I had very weak suction. I thought there might me a leak in the line. So, I called Richard at RW Pools and he sent his guys out to look at it. They did a full analysis and found out my valves were positioned wrong causing the weak suction. They repositioned the valves and made it work perfectly. I asked them how much and they said "no charge" since they didn't do any repairs. Can't beat that! I've had my pool for 10 years and I've always used RW Pools because they are fair, honest and prompt.
