I would highly recommend Advantage Roofing. We worked with Ron for what we thought would be a repair but turned into a full replacement. was upfront with everything and explained why we needed to do a replacement. He worked us into the schedule pretty quickly. He also worked with our solar company to coordinate the work and guarantee we didn't have any extra costs. They helped us get the necessary documentation for our insurance company. I would absolutely call them again.

Outstanding! They were professional and courteous. From the owner to every employee who worked in my house, they were truly committed to making sure we were fully satisfied with every detail. From demo to full tile renovation in the bathrooms and shower they were outstanding. Their price was very reasonable and they showed up each day on time and worked hard. They wore masks and stayed socially distanced. They updated us on each step as they worked. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

QWR showed up everyday on time. They didn’t take long lunches, worked a full day, and brought all the tools needed to do the job. They didn’t cut corners and did the job right. I have hired several other companies before that did not even meet one of these basic standards. Jason was always available to answer questions and was very fair in his bid. Be very careful choosing QWR Jason Howard, make sure you go over the contract with a fine tooth comb, he bundles items in one quote, then finishes one, but not the other or others, make sure he itemizes individually. It has been a constant battle dealing with Jason Howard, his skills are very limited, he realizes later that he is unable to fulfill the work as outlined in the contract, then tries to lie his way out of doing it or constantly whines and complains that he is not making enough money, then quote your projects correctly Jason!!!!, nobody wants to listen to your problems, just do the work as contracted. Jason has been working on my house for nearly 5 months, shows up about one full week out of a month. I live out of town needed a lot of renovations done since my tenant turned my home into a marijuana grow house. Jason himself knows very little about remodeling, however he does have a few good people working for him to make it appear that he knows what he's talking about. The first week on the Job, one of his employees was so wigged out on Crystal Meth that he fell into a comatose state right in front of me, I thought to myself, what have I done hiring this bafoon, shortly after that things started missing from my house, one in particular my entire safe was stolen from my house, his employee had the code to my lock box on the house, and they left the patio door open, I cannot prove that his employee stole it, but if anyone has had any relationship with a meth addict, they would sell their Mother for a hit. Jason adamantly refused the idea that any of his employees would steal, however Jason fired him, but still did not take ownership of the theft. Jason installed new doors on the house before he started on the work inside, exterior doors were metal and naturally if your moving 2x4's in and out of a door, it's going to get damaged, what idiot removes a working door and replaces it with a new door before starting interior work, Jason said no way did any of his staff damage the door, okay, so I'm not living there, who else would have done it, again Jason did not own up to his mistake, this is just a few of many. New recessed lighting was included in the estimate and afte dealing with him a few times, it became evident that he did not employ anyone who knows anything about electricity, he was outsourcing to a 3rd party, however I knew Jason Howard was going to mess it up, so I asked to deal directIy with the the 3rd party, the cost ended up being over $4000, but dealing directly with the vendor was a refreshing change to the "Jason Drama" I should have fired QWR Handyman Jason Howard at that time, but his low estimates and empty promises about my house being completed in a few months kept me going, well it's now five months, most of the work is mediocre at best, however Bubba did an excellent job on my request to open the living room at my expense of course. Jason will not take ownership for anything, it's all everyone elses fault, and we as the customer in Jason's eyes are always wrong, and he is always right. I will pay for work that is done, I'm very fair, however Jason was over spending rapidly and I was not seeing results, my first payment was $8000, then $5600, then he was whining and complaining that he is not making any money and requested another $10,000.00, so far I have paid Jason over $36,000 and a lot of that is incomplete work, especially the bathrooms, practically untouched except for the demo, which any idiot can tear down a wall. The final straw was Jason Howard asking me to tell him how much I have paid him, which I thought was insane that he was not mornitoring this, however I put a detailed spread sheet together, taking hours mind you, sent it to him and he replied in 30 seconds adivising that it was wrong and I didn't include other work that was done, well everything he spouted off in the 30 seconds was on the speadsheet, I finally had to tell him to act like a professional and read the spreadsheet thouroughly and then tell me what he thinks I got wrong, I never heard back from him about the spreadsheet because everything listed was correct and he know it, but Jason being a narcissist that he is would never admit that I'm right and he's wrong. I was flying into town and asked Jason to meet with me and he said he is too busy. Jason Howard just decided to abandon the property as is, Jason Howard has not heard the last from me, our next meeting will be in the courtroom getting my money back since I had paid him for work that he did not complete. If you feel like fighting a daily battle with a uneducated five-year old child, then choose QWR Handyman Jason Howard.

I have rental property QWR handyman were prompt,clean, and professional with the overall outcome needed to flip my house to the next tenant. I would use them again.

We have a steep roof that is three stories tall on one side of the house. No one else would do it. QWR did a great job and cleaned up any debris that fell on the ground. I can't even tell that they were here- except for the fact that our gutters and roof are clean!

Jason and his crew did a great job. They were on time (even early) and very polite. Jason and his crew said what they were going to do and then did what they said they would do. His crew was respectful of our home taking great care doing the work. I will hire Jason again when I need more work done.

For years QWR has performed many types of maintenance jobs at both our rental property and at our residence. The different types of repairs and updates they perform are too numerous to list all. One of the most notable was a chimney repair that QWR did at our rental property. Birds had pecked large holes in the chimney's stucco siding, they were nesting in the holes and this caused an interior water leak. I obtained a couple chimney repair quotes and selected QWR because Jason had the BEST solution for protecting the chimney from future encroachment by custom fitting a metal wrap around the chimney and then, over top of the metal wrap, he resided the chimney with vinyl that closely matched the vinyl on the house. The chimney cap was painted with rust resistant paint and refitted to the chimney. Critters in the chimney are no longer a problem and the chimney looks fabulous!! The most recent job was installing a new toilet tank kit in our rental. The rental house was sold and the toilet tank water started running continuously 2 days prior to a Friday closing date. I called Jason and he made room in the schedule to repair the toilet on Friday, closing day. Unfortunately, I could not possibly meet him at the house so I left the house unlocked and his crew came in and did the repair before the end of the day - just in the nick of time before the new owners took possession. Just to list some of the other jobs QWR has done for us - garbage disposal replacement, drywall water damage repair, wall & trim painting, concrete caulk fill, sure up brick on a retaining wall, cut & install interior trim molding, replace bathroom exhaust fan, etc. QWR is responsive, honest and can repair nearly anything. QWR also stands behind their work. If not satisfied with the quality, they will come back and make it right.

Better than imagined! They were punctual and waited for me as I was running behind. I was met with a smile and professionalism. They came accessed the areas and went right to work! The better than imagined part - 2days before the original appointment I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling that seem to just appear and was getting worse. When I called QWR and explained they showed up fixes the immediate problem then came back and made it look perfect. They did not have to come out before there schedule but were compassionate about this leak. Oh and dis I mention I wa selling the house and had a showing coming up? These guys work hard from the heart for a fair price and excellent work. Call and see for yourself! Excellent!
