I am probably every contractors worse nightmare for being picky, but Patrick really knows the roofing business and he exceeded my expectations. Patrick raises the bar for his competition and he stands behind his work. If you don't think it is perfect, he will make it right. One night while the installation was going on, I heard a noise and turned on the light to see what was going on. It was Patrick going over the lawn and driveway "just one more time" after the crew had already done the cleanup to make double sure we didn't have any nails that might be stepped on or damage our tires. Our whole neighborhood had to replace their roofs because of the same kind of hail damage and I just smiled when almost everyone of them complained about all their flat tires and lawnmowers hitting roofing nails. NOT ME! Whether you want a perfect stand out of a roof with all of the extra trimmings like we did, or just a top quality diagnosis for repairing a leaky roof, I know several others that have hired Patrick for repairs and this guy is phenomenal. That is why I will continue to recommend him to everyone WITHOUT reservation. I've custom built 2 homes myself, and I have never been able to make that claim about any other contractor...and I have had some really good ones!

It went perfectly. The work was done exactly as described in the contract and for the exact amount quoted in the contract. The owner, Patrick MacDonald, is on the job site at all times, 99% of the time up on the roof. He is very fastidious and we appreciate that. The work was done at the highest possible standards and no shortcuts.

Called Precision Roofers on 2/17/2014 to get an estimate for a new roof. He came out same day for the estimate and gave a good price. Had work done exactly 1 week later on 2/24/2014, quality was great, price was great, and workers were very friendly and punctual. The entire project was completed and cleaned up in just 1 day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof. Very friendly, affordable, and excellent quality all for a great price.
