They come out every 3 months and spray for ants, water bugs, etc. If we see any bugs between that period we just call them and we show them the location and type of bug. They come out for no additional charge to address the issue. We have been very satisfied so far with the service and the results.

They quoted me an awesome price but when it got time to do it, he came back and said they really can't do it and they had misquoted me by a whole bunch of money. It will be a whole lot more expensive. It was kind of a messed up deal. They quoted me for $89 a month for 2 years. I'm sure the guy was completely screwed up because it was a lot more than that. He said if I paid in full, the price would be $3800. They just made a big mess. They came and said they could do my space, but when they got here to do it, they said they can't. They really didn't check it out when they got here. They did part of it and said they cannot do the rest. They never contacted me since. The price he quoted me was excellent. It was a great deal. They said they would do all of these things but they never did them. They were fairly responsive. He was here right when he said he would be.
