I had a sewage back up at my mothers house. We called Only Plumbing, and “Patrick” came out that afternoon. He performed an inspection, and also went under the house. Turned out, the backup was being caused by a drain line that was broken within the block wall of the crawlspace. This break, was also dumping sewage into the crawlspace. Patrick took his time explaining everything that was occurring to my mother, and what corrective measures were available. His technical knowledge and bedside manner were impressive. Once we gave him the approval for the pipe repair, he scheduled us for the next day. He showed up on time as promised, performed the repair, and even brought his hydrojetter (which, is like this giant pressure washer), and cleaned the remaining drain lines for us at no additional cost. Overall we had a great experience with Only Plumbing. I’ll always ask for Patrick in the future.
