Furniture - Sales
We received a partial shipment of furniture about 2 weeks later. There was only part of the desk in the shipment. The bookshelf was delivered in full and the credenza was delivered missing several pieces of hardware. I reported this immediately to Office Depot. 4 weeks later, I received the hardware parts that were missing. To date the desk has not been resolved even though I have made numerous phone calls that have been fruitless as well as multiple visits to the store. This has been an extremely frustrating experience. No one at the store or at customer service has any authority to do anything nor have they been able to produce results.
