When we moved into our cedar siding house last year we had a terrible carpenter bee problem. With Northwest's help we have only seen a few this year and their numbers seem to be continuing to diminish. As with any pest control service a lot depends on your particular technician. Hector Tirado is outstanding. Much better than the previous technician we had.

They do an excellent job. They come out quarterly and they use environmentally and pet friendly products. I have never had a problem with them. They call to make an appointment and they show up when they say they will. They are very thorough and the price is less than competitors. They really go above and beyond their duties.

Every person I have dealt with in this company has been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are punctual, as well. I am so pleased with this company that I will try them for lawn service in the future, if my current provider does not work out.

They sprayed before all of the rain. They will come back at no additional charge if you see more pests. They are very good. They come on time. I tell them not to come if there's going to be rain, and they remember that. Inside the house, they don't use harsh chemicals. I do have to take my animals out of the yard for two hours when they spray out there. They inform you up-front.

We have been using them since we bought our house and they have always done a great job and have answered my questions. Their staff is considerate, polite and professional. They will come back if I ask them to without any questions.
