Mr. Carpet

Worst experience I have ever had !  Contractor slow, very messy, careless, sloppy, untrustworthy, wasted time.  Did not finish the job on time as pomised.  No oversight by the business or on sight visits.  Used my tools and equipment without asking; broke some and faied to return some.

Left for several days without completing job. No showed on scheduled day to finish job.  Told me he was finished and needed to be paid.  Did not discover he had not finished until after he was gone.  Had to stop payment on the check after no show. Left large remnants in all the other rooms which I had to move to use the rooms.  Broke the glass in a framed picture and placed it back on the wall with out notifying me of the damage.and left carpet mess everywhere and furniture not returned to proper places.. Tore out trim molding saying it was old and brittle.  House is 1850.  the trim was not old.  Left nails where he tore trim out. I am worried about what else I'm going to find on closer inspection as they moved the furniture. It will take some time to clean up and replace all the damage this installer created.
