This was our second time using Dr. Marseli. We had seen him a week earlier to come to our home to vaccinate 5 of our 6 cats. Taking 6 cats to the vet is terribly stressful, and Dr. Marseli's house call was a huge stress reliever (and cheaper than going to the vet in person).So, this second time, we adopted a new dog who had mange and needed to be evaluated. We called our old vet, because we thought the house call fee would be too much for Dr. Marseli to come visit just one animal. The old vet would not see us for almost 3 weeks.Dr. Marseli came to our house THE NEXT DAY. He was a little later than he had originally anticipated, but he called to apprise us of his estimated time of arrival. So, by the time we would have seen our old vet, our dog will have been on mange treatment for 3 weeks already. Dr. Marseli is also very aware of how expensive having multiple animals can be, and he has told us many helpful tips on how to save money. During this trip, he also treated a cat who had caught a respiratory infection. Since our last visit with Dr. Marseli, another couple of cats caught the respiratory infection, and Dr. Marseli met us, after having worked all day, at 9pm to give us more cat antibiotic, and then he didn't even charge us for all of it! This guy really cares about animals, really wants to help people who help animals, and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the area. He makes regular visits to Newnan, Douglasville, Carrollton, and Peachtree City to offer low-cost veterinary care and spay/neuters. He also offers discounts for animals adopted from local shelters.
