The company came in and measured and was done in about 15 minutes. They came back and installed the door and the glass in the opening in the shower. The glass in the opening in the shower was much smaller than the opening thus there had to be a lot of silicone used to fill in the gaps. It was not measured or cut to the correct size it needed to be. The silicone job looked horrible. When he was done, he told me I could trim it with a razor if it needed to be smoothed out. The shower door was not the right size either. I had to shim the bottom hinge just so the door would swing right and close without a huge gap at the bottom. I called the company to come back out because I was not satisfied. He said that I had to get the door area and opening for the glass re-tiled. He said he only worked with perfect openings and that I didnt get my money's worth from my tile job and that it needed to be redone. I thought that this company was delivering a custom piece for my opening,. I was told I had to redo my opening for the glass he cut. He took the window out and told me to call him with what it would take to make me happy. I called him back and told him I wanted half my money back. He told me he would not refund any of my money and that I could take him to court or call the newspapers but I would not get any of my money back. He adamently said I needed to get my tile redone for his glass to fit. So overall it went terrible His attitude was horrible and had no concern for making his customer happy at all. It was a horrible experience. Now I have to pay more money to get someone to fix this situation or make more glass for my shower. BEWARE of this company !!!!  No ethics ! Only concern is getting paid. Doing the job right for the customer doesnt matter with this company. This company is an embarassment to our community.
