I have also previously used this company based on Angies list reviews for an a/c tune up and furnace replacement estimate. This time it was an actual double furnace replacement because my units were 16  years old and inefficient. The owner performed the work himself (for the double furnace replacement he had another employee with him).  He was very honest and didn't try to sell me services that I didn't need.  He gives a very thorough written explanation of his work performed and cost.  He also made sure that I understood the warranty coverage and how important it is to register the units.  He is very punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. Each time he has scheduled me in very quickly.  I felt respected and well cared for as a customer.  I will continue to use this company for my HVAC needs in the future.

I was very impressed with his service. I called without any referral and he answered the phone right away and offered to come out the very next day (non emergency). He was punctual and called when he was on the way from his previous appointment. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He gave me detailed explanations and estimates and did not push for any unnecessary services.
