GSI Kitchen & Bath

It is going as bad as it could be. After four months we still do not have the use of either bathroom on the main floor, Their installers spent 9 hours here yesterday (7/23/18) and did not complete the drain installation in the guest bathroom and installed the wrong cabinets in the master. I have called the owner and asked him to come out and inspect a project that has gone off of the rails. The company has a history with us as being unresponsive and having people show up at a moments notice. DO NOT USE GSI KITCHEN AND BATH!!!

We contracted them in March 2018 because they were local and had good quality products. At this time it is July 2018 and neither bathroom is finished. The owner incorrectly measured the master bathroom cabinet configuration and that order went to the supplier. We have been waiting three months for the correct cabinets to arrive. They do not return phone calls. They miss scheduled appointments and once, an installer showed up unannounced when we were scheduled to drive out of town. NEVER! NEVER hire this company.

The cabinets quality was so poor that they didn't have a single day of warranty, which was contrary to what they promised to be as having 25 year warranty. It was lucky that we found it before they installed them. They promised us to order a right cabinets but they didn't. We couldn't keep working with them because of not being professional and their poor quality of work. Now, we are in the process to get our money back.
