Jannard’s service was methodical, comprehensive and the inspection report arrived timely. However, what makes him standout above the rest is he observed my client was a first time homebuyer and he immediately went into instructor mode teaching how to repair minor deficiencies and offering overall general maintenance tips to preserve the integrity of the home.
