The team did an excellent job. They exceeded our expectations. Richard was responsive, always willing to address our questions, and we couldn't be more pleased. The home looks refreshed!

Mr. Santiago stated our job would take 6 weeks.  Mr. Santiago's crew started our project on June 11, 2015.  It was not completed until mid October.  They left our yard a total mess during the entire job. There would be weeks nobody showed up to do any work. Much of the materials and equipment were left  strew not only on our property, but on our next door neighbor's side yard.  The mess they made of our neighbors grass needed to be replaced at our expense.  Mr. Santiago was very hard to get in touch with.  He would not answer his telephone and did not reply to many, many voice messages.  He was very quick to respond to our first call to set up the plan and was always prompt to pick up the checks to pay for his services.  Little did we know, he was not paying his suppliers for the products used in our job.  We have had to call and spend several hours/days to have 2 different material mans liens placed on our home because of his lack of payment.  DO NOT use this company for anything!

Sod was delivered two days late due to a problem with sod vendor's equipment (confirmed by a conversation I had directly with the sod truck driver). The sod was finally laid on a Friday morning, but the 8 person crew left after laying the sod without finishing the edges. We had thought they went to lunch but they didn't return. We wound up finishing the edges ourselves that afternoon. When the office called on Saturday of the holiday weekend to see how things had gone, we explained what happened and they were surprised. They called back a few minutes later and apologized profusely. They promised to have a crew back the following Monday to complete any work remaining to our satisfaction, which they did.
Overall, the project came out very nicely, but we were disappointed by the original crew's failure to communicate and failure to complete the job on the day they were supposed to have done so.

We had them come back to do more work- fix a brick walkway that had become very uneven over the years and remove ivy growing in unwanted places. The team showed up when expected, completed the job to our total satisfaction, and also fixed a sprinkler system issue at no additional charge. Based on this, I have updated the ratings to those now shown.

Richard did a wonderful job installing a brick wall and regrading the landscaping to drain to the street. We used him again this year for more work and were again pleased.

When I returned home from work that day the installers were finishing up and ready to leave due to Graduation services being held for family members didnt think any thing about the rush to leave and receive the check for the job. After about 2 weeks plants started to die after further investigation I found paver base sand was installed instead of top soil I paid for. Found wrong types of plants installed not the ones I requested in the contract. Have recently talked to the installer about the problems when I noticed him at Lowes and he told me he would come out and look at the issues. Nothing yet no phone call no visit.

After taking many bids for a landscape and hardscape project, Four Seasons Landscape was the most detailed and attentive to my plan / intended plan. From the onset, they offered suggestions to better my project as well as reasons for those suggestions: These included water drainage, usable areas, product application and durability. Four Seasons Landscape used a transit level to be thorough when no other company was this professional or precise. This forethought had priced in erosion control issues, landscape, hardscape and many other items that were not mentioned by other companies. There was no additional cost to my project despite their superior service. During the construction process the team of craftsmen was punctual, professional, and courteous. They were truly artists in building the hardscape, taking their time, and ensuring the placement was just right. They would cut the stone, dust of any dirt or sand and then place the stone with care as if the project was in their own yard. When laying the sod, they did not just throw it down, each piece was placed with precision and care, I can not speak highly enough of how meticulous the crew was. Richard Santiago, the owner, took personal interest in my project, even while managing large projects for other residents and three school systems. Although my project was not as large as others he was working on, he understood it was important to me and always had that in mind. He gave me the impression I was his only project. Four Seasons Landscape went above and beyond, cutting no corners in quality. They were responsive to any changes I had and would clean the area every night prior to leaving. The final product is what I will be living with, and I can say without hesitation my entire project, from the hardscape to the irrigation and landscaping is fantastic. I could not have picked a better company, and as I mentioned before, they approached every aspect of their work like an artist. I would hire them again and recommend them without hesitation.
