Garbage Collection
Our interaction with this company did not quite start off on the right foot because they incorrectly entered our address, and so they never came our first week. Then, it was updated in the system, but they missed the next week too. IIt did take some time to get answers with customer service not being the most responsive team ever, but ultimately they made up for it. They made things right by not charging us for that first month. Happy to report that it has been smooth sailing since then.
