Cardin Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

Jason Cardin and his crew are fantastic professionals that met all my A/C needs and concerns. A/C was losing freon and needed replacing. Furnace would have been OK for a couple of more years but decided to replace the entire system. Asked friends and neighbors for references and got three quotes. Cardin Mechanical is a local contractor whose business is based primarily on referrals. They had recently done some work for a good friend in my neighborhood, that has the same floor plan as my house. Cardin Mechanical is not a big company, but provided big cost savings and excellent service. Since replacing shoddy duct work installed by the original builder, finding and correcting a significant drainage issue AND rerouting the duct work where I can actually stand up and go from one side of the attic storage area to another without having to stoop over, I am very, very pleased with the outcome. The bonus room cools more evenly, as do the other rooms on the main level. SIX vents were trying to cool rooms off of TWO ducts. Jason made sure that each room had its own duct. I would HIGHLY recommend Cardin Mechanical for any heating or cooling issues, based on their competitive pricing and excellent customer service.
