+ -1 moreI needed to have all the window trim replaced for a refinance appraisal. I contacted countless contractors and Paris was 1 of the 3 that actually responded and the lowest quote of the 3. His quote was less than half the other contractors. He and his associate were only about 10 minutes late, but he called me to let me know that he would be late. They were polite and kept me informed through out the process worked straight through and finished the same day. He even noticed some rotting in my garage door and exterior door trim and fixed that at no additional cost. The windows look great, they did an excellent job and I will definitely contact Paris anytime I need work done in the future.

Paris gave me a reasonable quote for window repair over the phone and appeared willing to do the work. He never followed up, so I called him about 10 days later, and he said he wouldn't be able to do the work soon or tell me when he would be able to. So now I have 10 fewer days to get repairs done before closing on the sale of this house.

Description of Work: We needed someone inspect the house we are purchasing. The inspector we used initially went through the regular items and we wanted someone to look at the siding in further detail. My husband called Paris and had a lengthy phone conversation and got some great information. He decided to hire him to do the siding inspection. After the inspection and receiving the report, we were extremely happy with the work. We hired him to come back out to the property and do a mold, plumbing, electrical and roofing inspection as well. He found several things that the initial inspection did not and was able to give us guidance on other smaller items and how to fix them in case the sellers did not agree to some of the repairs. Paris has several different licenses and certifications and knows his stuff. We will call him for any inspections in the future as well as work that may need to be done to this house down the road. He is extremely thorough and worth every penny!

+ -1 moreHe also has a construction company, but he was very ethical while working for us and never got involved too much. He is a licensed home inspector and helped us by pointing us the right directions. We paid him for the inspection as well as for the advise and the possibility to call him if needed.
Description of Work: He inspected a small area of my house, around 400 square foot, in less than one hour. He went through every part checking the standards, looking at the contractors and telling us what needed to be corrected, such as a leak in the roof, or if the way the wood was treated was not the right one. He made a professional report with pictures and wrote captions next to them.
