This company is great to work with. I got several quotes for the big installation I needed and Air-Man is the only one who gave me good, better, best without my having to ask which made me feel good about having options. I asked a lot of questions and they were all answered promptly and courteously. I was putting in all new ducts as well, which required quite a bit of collaboration with my contractor, and Kenny made several trips to my property to map out a plan. He even installed a downvent for my kitchen and new gas line. I will definitely be calling him for servicing and feel confident in the work he provided.

"Thank you, [Member Name Removed]. We know you will be happy with the 16 SEER Amana systems we installed for you. The compressor in the heat pump and also the compressor in the air conditioner are covered by lifetime UNIT replacement. Should the compressor ever fail, you will receive from Amana, not a compressor, but a NEW UNIT! for installation. The heat exchanger in your furnace is also covered by a lifetime unit replacement. Should the heat exchanger ever fail, you will be given a NEW FURNACE for installation. We are happy that you have chosen our planned maintenance program to keep your units properly serviced twice yearly. We look forward to serving you."

Air Man sent a gentlemen out to do maintenance on our AC system. A week later, I have no complaints about the work that was done, it is noticably cooler in the house after cleaning some coils and adding freon to the system.
My main issue with the service was that the technician was rude to my Mother-in-Law, who was the person at the house at the time. He was insistent about getting payment at the time of service. I was going to be handing payment through the main office (especially since I didn't know the total until after the service was completed). My Mother-in-Law even tried pull together cash to pay him, but unfortunately did not have enough, which he made a rude remark about as well.
Finally he left an annoyed voicemail on my cell phone again about getting paid. I called the service office that day and paid the bill in full just 2 hours after service was completed.
The service was fine, but I don't think the rude behavior is appropriate.

"Air-Man takes pride in always treating each customer with kindness and respect. The customer failed to include in his review that his mother-in-law had very limited to no ability to communicate in English. Our technician made every effort to communicate with her, and she may have translated his frustration as rudeness. We were not informed ahead of time of the language barrier, as we are always happy to work with our customer's ability to pay for services."

Very good company!! If you are trying to find a good heating and ac company then look no further. Air-Man is one of the best experiences i've ever had with any company that i have dealt with. They provide quick and professional service, honest pricing, and are very knowledgeable about the job they do. I had a problem with my furnace and originally called a different company to come take a look at it. The first company came and told me that it would cost $700 to repair the problem and stated that I should probably get a new furnace. I wasn't satisfied with the answer so I looked on the Better Business Bureau website and found Air-Man which had an A+ rating. I called Air-Man and the owner came to my house the same day. He discovered that the problem was small and that I only needed to repair an $80 part to solve the problem. I can't stress enough how good this company is. There is no reason you should call any other company.
