The price of the termite treatment ended up costing 3 times the amount that I was originally led to believe. I was confused about what the final price would be and got a lot of "doublespeak" from the salesman, but his name was "Dub" so I guess that's what his name is short for. I would suggest that anyone should hire an attorney to go over the contract before you sign it. Also, if you have a coupon, forget that. It's just a sly gimmick. I really have my doubts as to what poison was used to treat my house. The technician sprayed the poison from a hose into the trenches that he had dug around the house. It was a sudsy looking liquid. The guy was getting the poison on his shoes and pants and I told him that he should not do that but he said it was not harmful. I was left wondering if it was really just soapy water that he was spraying. Who regulates these guys anyway? They can put anything in the containers and you just have to trust what they say. I don't trust them at all. If you want to keep up your termite bond, they will charge you $300. per year, about twice what some other pest control companies charge. This is my opinion, take or leave it.
