Started out ok. The carpenter had a hard time finding/keeping assistants to help. We had to contact him most of the time to find out when he would be coming to work on our project. Unfortunately about 2/3 of the way through, the carpenter had an accident and wasn't able to work for about 6 weeks putting our project on hold. We understand this was not his fault. The structure came together, but the detail/finishing left something to be desired. He "eyeballed" door handles and cuts and it is obvious in the finished product. Overall the project is done and for an "under the deck" job it looks fine and we will enjoy it, but it could have been a better experience. Communication was on the bottom of his priority list and "the customer is always right" is not in his vocabulary. Not very professional.
