Needless to say I will not be using them and I will not recommend them to anyone.

I spent about a couple of hundred dollars for their service. The service went very well. They are very skilled. The plumber knows exactly what he is doing. Because of that, he can identify the problems fairly quickly. It would cost less if they identify the problems fairly quickly since plumbers charge by the hour.
