iI am 72 yrs old, i was having problems with back up, from my septic tank . I found an advertisment in the Citizen
newspaper, and it stated that they would pump out your septic tank for $225.00 & $100.00 for inspection fee. Two young men
Nick and Andrew came to my home, Nick told me that I needed a new pipe going to the septic tank. I could see that the tank was almost full, he refused to pump out the tank and gave an estimate of $1200.00. He said that there were roots in the pipe he took a knife with no handle & scraped for about for 5 to 10 minutes and asked for my tools rubbers gloves, paper towels, soap
and water hose, He just left all tools laying in my yard. I have a wonderful church family and we have a men's ministriewho help elderly and anyone who cannot afford to pay for services that they need. One of the men, Wendall Edwards is among them he is a certified plumber,so I called him and he told me to tell them to leave. Nick said I owed him $200.00 & when Mr. Edwards installed the pipe, he would come back and pump my septic tank. Mr. Edwards informed me,
after his inspection that the pipe did not need to be replaced. Nick promised to come back & pump out my tank & would deduct
$100.00 from the $200.00 that I paid him. The company refuses to pump out my septic tank. & the owner Joel promised to
refund me $100.00 since November 2013. He promised to bring me a check this week, but he has never shown up.
He states that he is a christian & his father is a minister. I am a christian & Joel has lied to me time after time & told me that.
he is not in the charity business. Well, Joel & Nick have ripped me off & refused to pump out my tank. My hair dresser Angie
at Small Town Hair used this company & her husband was at home when they came to pump her septic tank and she showed
me from her personal check register that International Septic & Environmental Solutions. They pumped out her tank for $275.00
& her tank is much larger than mine. I feel that this company did not do what they promised to do. Now I out $200.00 & now will
have to pay another company. I now know that because, I am a single elderly women I was an easy prey for these people. I do not recomend this company at all!!!!!

Overall went well Don't let them use a bobcat w/o first locating water and gas lines Don't let them drive the truck on your yard and break water lines
