REST E-Z COUNTRY WASTE PICKUP

After moving into my home in August 2013, I contacted Rest EZ in reference to garbage collection. I was told that pick up would be every Wednesday and that a collection bin would be delivered to my residence. After waiting 2 weeks for the bin to be delivered I drove to their location and picked up the bin. The following Wednesday my trash was not picked up. I called and spoke with the manager who stated there was a new driver on the route and that since I was a new customer I had been overlooked. The following week my trash was picked up as scheduled. Since that time, I have had to contact management on 3 differenct occasions reference my trash not being picked up at all. Often times the trash may be picked up on Thursday or possibly Friday. On my January 2014 bill, it showed my current amount due as well as an over due payment. I contacted the manager again and explained that my bill was not over due and was always paid on time. He then informed me there was another customer with the same first and last name, however he lived in another city within the county and that my payment had mistakenly been applied to his bill. The manager assured me the mistake had been corrected and that he would personally speak with the driver in regards to picking up my trash. Unfortunately, last week my trash was not picked up again and today is Thursday and it still hasn't been picked up.
