comArrived on time with helpers and wasted no time in starting the job. They took very few breaks and were very particular on how the new sub floor was applied. Also went beyond by adding cross pieces between the joists for extra support. They added new joists where the distance between was more than 16in. on center. After sub-floor they installed luan plywood on top so it would be ready for the new permanent floor. It took two days to complete the a job that needed a lot of work to be done. Ed and his workers were friendly, courteous,and hard working. Have no problem in recommending him to other people which I have already done. If they choose him they will not be disapointed.
