Several months ago, earlier this year, I was attacked. I was trying to save my dog, a little puppy, I had raised since it was young, and I called him my little old man because he was gray headed then. Another animal had been brought on the property that was starving and not in good condition. I didn’t realize that it was going to attack. It came over and laid down and got ahold of my baby, Harley, and to save my dogs life I tried to physically break that dogs jaw and put my fist in its mouth to break the hold because it had Harley’s head. The long of it is, I ended up not being able to save my dogs life, we had to put him to sleep. Dr. Hobby had to help me handle that and frankly I was not in good conditions to put it mildly. I got a board and I was still bleeding and broken ribs and messed up while I trying to say goodbye to my puppy and even after that they were kind enough to send me a card and let me know that they understood that it was painful for me and that wanted me to be able to grieve, but that they wished me well. They understood when it took me several months to go back in the clinic, and I told them, I said I’m sorry it’s just still painful for me to come. It’s nothing personal against you guys it’s just the memories. I would definitely give them recommendations. I would definitely use this provider again. I will again in about 4 or 5 days.

We have been using Branches for quite some time. We are always treated courteously and with respect. The care that we have gotten for out pets has been first rate. We highly recommend them.

There are 2 or 3 vets in the clinic. They are fairly priced. I have to drive to get there. You wait 10-15 minutes tops. You don't have to make an appointment. If you are taking them in to get neutered or spayed or something that is a little bit different but for just run of the mill getting their shots stuff like that, you just show up. They take you back. I have never been charged an office visit, it is just a flat fee of $35. It has always been very reasonably priced. It is a lot farther for me now that I've moved. I've got 2 cats, 2 dogs, and bunnies. I've boarded the dogs and cats for 4 days and it was only $220.00 and I thought that was pretty reasonable. I've purchased products from them like flea medicine and they are real good about letting you get just 1 or 2 instead of a 6 month supply. I really appreciate that. They will sit and visit with you. They are always busy but they are never hurry up, hurry up, hurry up. I don't feel rushed.

They ensured that she would be taken care of, and also made sure to include the pain meds for the animal. When I got her she was awake and happy, I was given meds for tapeworms, and paying was easy. I was in and out. It was hard to catch them on a day where my schedule allowed me to make an appointment, but they do have their hours on a phone message, so that helped.
