countertops
+ -1 moreHe was a smooth talking salesman. We had the countertops pulled out in October, and he promised to have it done by Thanksgiving. Then it was supposed to be done by Christmas, but it was not finally installed until January. Later I discoved the granite was broken, and after contacting him he admitted that they knew the countertop was cracked. He promised they would fix it, but never followed through. We eventually had to go to court, but Brad said he was not the owner of the business even though he portrayed himself that way and all of the checks were made out to him. This crack has still not been fixed to this day. We eventually hired another company to install a new countertop.
