Chris and his office staff was easy to communicate with. We live out of the country so everything was done by email. Work was timely completed. Chris assured us he gave us the best deal.

It went very well. First let me say that they are not the cheapest solution. I could have bought a door from one of the well known "big box" stores, found someone to do the installation all the while hoping for a proper fit. I chose not to use this approach. Chris from Ornamental measured the openings and presented me with several options. I am extremely pleased with the end result - the storm/security doors which were custom made fit perfectly and are even painted to match the color of the house trim. The design is such that from a distance it would be difficult to even tell that they are security doors. The installers were very professional and knew what they were doing. Again, not the cheapest solution but a great job overall.

We called Ornamental Security after recent break-ins in our neighborhood. They scheduled us for a walk through appointment for 2 days later. The representative met with myself and my neighbor at the same time. After giving us options at several price points, we decided on which security door and bars we wanted to go with. There was no pressure to get the most expensive options at all. In fact, the rep suggested we get the most economical option due to the fact that the area we were securing was in the back, thus not visible to the street at all. We met with the company on a Thursday and our door and bars were installed the following Tuesday. With both appointments, the company was punctual and very personable. We have recommended them to all of our neighbors.

I really love my new door with the new entry into my house...much easier for me to get my wheelchair in and out. I became an amputee in Nov, 2011 and had a ramp built from the side door. the only problem was the current security door opened from the right side and with the new railings in place it was hard to get in and out the door being in a wheelchair. I needed my door to open from the opposite side (left). Now it is great! I have no problems entering or exiting my door... The person from Ornamental Security was very professinal and compassion about my situation. I will used Ornamental Security again.

Provided me with everything I needed, including two kinds of fasteners and the special tamperproof screwdriver bit.

They were pretty convenient, they are easy to work with, and they had a lot of styles to choose from. Overall they did a good job but I didn't like that they didn't have a selection of locks; they only had gold locks but we have chrome fixtures. If I had known ahead of time, I would have arranged to purchase locks that I like better. Also, they rekeyed our locks so we can use the same key for all of them. I thought they were reasonably priced for the quality.

Better quality and price than larger competitors.

Bob did nice work. He gave us a preliminary quote over the phone. Based on his estimate, we scheduled an exact measurement. One week later, he installed the fabricated steel (black) railing for the front our house. It looks very nice.
