I contacted Corbin after another A/C company failed to show up to an appointment. The technician was prompt and professional. He was great, showing me all the parts of the A/C unit, reviewed their condition and let me know to maintenance them and keep my older unit running as long as possible. I felt their price was fair for the work they did.

My second review. Woke up Sunday morning to no heat. Called Corbin Company at 6:30 am and left a message. Mr. Corbin returned my call at 9:00 am. Stated he didn't want to come out and charge me for a service call when he might not have the part to fix my system. Said they would be out Monday morning and asked me if I had space heaters. I said no I did not. An hour later my doorbell rang and Mr. Corbin was there with 2 space heaters. The technician came Monday morning, found the problem (burned wire connection) and fixed it.

I have been using them for years and I trust their opinion. I like the fact that every time they come out it is the same guy so he really knows my system. I also like that they are not a big corporation so we have a more personal relationship.
