They are free as long as I own the vehicle. Every time I go there, they always find problems. I keep all of my receipts on the services. I caught them trying to suggest a service that I had just had 30 days prior. The quality of the service is excellent. They are responsive. I am happy with them except the price. They are the only people that I deal with.

Have been doing business with them for 20 years. Bought 5 new cars total. Used them exclusively for service during warrantee. Employees are always professional, friendly, adequately communicate. Car is left clean after service. They seem to treat women customers with the same respect as the men - which means a lot. Service quality can be hit and miss - which is frustrating.
On this visit
Wiper blades - replaced 3 including hatch - careless technician left the passenger wiper hung up on the antenna but at least this time they did change all 3 blades. Last time they missed the back I had to take it in again.
Interior Detailing - We have a lot of mobility issues and looking for help with this chore. first time trying this service. $89. Not worth it. Ended up with a slippery steering wheel, streaky windows and a bizarre strong smell that took about a week to dissipate. Dash was pretty clean but sugary something spilled in a cup holder had the grip pad stuck down in there and they didn't make any attempt to lift it to clean. Won't do this again.
Fix rear washer fluid tube. - it's fixed first time. Cost an extra $30. Woohoo.
Diagnose check engine light and missing engine. -- this was the primary objective of this visit. They could not give me any sort of answer except that they wanted another $600 to take the engine half apart to do special diagnostics. Then I could expect the repairs to be an extra beyond that. I passed. Took the car to the fixit place down the street from work (Camp Automotive). No diagnostic fee and the work they did was under $400. Which reinforced Dad's teaching from years ago - the dealer for warrantee work, independent guy you trust for everything else.
For all it's pluses, the recent carelessness by technicians over the small stuff and the sheer cost of business at the dealer is likely to sway me toward taking it to the little shop I know I can trust.

Purchased a 2004 Lincoln TownCar. The sales staff was courteous, extremely professional and friendly. Along with the car purchase came free oil changes, etc. Each visit to the dealership is always pleasant. There is a snack bar with free coffee and snacks to purchase. Areas for children to play. Every time that I visit I am recognized and frequently members of the staff will sit and talk with me as I wait for my car. In the event that the car will take longer to service than I have, a free ride home and pick-up is avaliable.

Allan Vigil is listed in Four Square and has a deal for anyone who checks in at their location, they get a free oil change. I have been getting my oil changes there for approximately a year and it's never cost me a dime to do. The customer service is by far the best and they have a great team. Would recommend anyone.
