"I am at a lost for words to say the least Mr. Brandon {Redacted per customers request} was greatly satisfied with the installation of the windows at least that is what he expressed to me, and what caused him to have mold around his windows was that the trim that goes around the window was not installed because he chose to stop my work and explained to me that he had no more funds available to address the issue. And as far as the mold issue he had that issue well before I started the job because I took pictures and presented them to him and to add to that I replaced numerous pieces of rotten and molded wood and yet again he was complaining about his finance problem so I went to repair the problem with the ceiling in question and I also repaired the mold problem around his windows which was only 2 and let me go on to say it had been 2 months after I had done the initial work that he contacted me with the complaints so if Mr. Brandon {Redacted per customers request} had an issue I could have addressed it sooner with me and also I refunded Mr. Brandon {Redacted per customers request} a total of 375.00 after 2 months... I will end with this, if you do not have the funds to do a job then my advice is do not attempt to do it half way but instead do it the right way or....simply do not do it at all so Mr. Brandon {Redacted per customers request} I really apologize but you should do proper research before going into any more projects on your rental property Sir."

"im sory that things took longer than planned but some times that happens when doing these types of remodels.I had to go behind some one who totally installed the backer boards and other tiles incorrectly, but that wasn"t your fault at all but the other problems that was mentioned i could have corrected those as well,so i apologize Mrs. Gloria i trully do but you were very nice and if there is anything that i can do please contact me so that we may talk about it thank you ."
