Southern Boy's Maintenance is a locally owned lawn care and home maintenance service. We strive for excellence in every aspect of our job and will exceed your expectations. Our team will keep your yard looking its best all year long while providing the best customer service in the business! Our services include but are not limited to: mowing, edging, blowing, weed eating, pressure washing, trash and junk removal, pruning, planting, gutter cleaning, basic handyman duties (install ceiling fans, painting, window cleaning, etc).

Lawn Maintenance Mowing & Weed Eating 1 Acre or less- $50 More than 1 Acre starting at $75 Edging 1 Acre or less- $25 More than 1 Acre starting at- $35 Blowing 1 Acre or less- $20 More than 1 Acre starting at- $30 Planting $4-$10 per plant Pruning $6-$8 per shrub $20 per tree Trash Removal/Yard Clean-up Starting at $150 per load, change light bulbs, changing locks/doors, deck/patio starting at $250 (Prices vary per sqft) Moves Starting at $200 + $50 h/r (re-locating within 50 miles) Handyman Service Install ceiling fan, decks/deck repair, depending on material Home Maintenance: Gutter Cleaning Single Story Home- $70-$100 Two Story Home- $150-$200 Three Story Home- $150- $300 Pressure Washing Houses starting at $220, driveways starting at $130, etc. Handyman Service is priced on a job to job basis., fences, installing cameras/security equipment, paint, patch holes, window cleaning
