Chad answered our original call very promptly and was on the job within 36 hours. He stayed in touch with us and arrived when he said he would. We were very pleased with the fair pricing considering the amount of work and details we were requesting.  Chad and his crew are very professional and went out of their way to satisfy us.  Later I realized they even cleaned up debris that was close to but not related to the tree I requested worked on.  This was above and beyond good service and saved me the time required to do it myself.  Our experience with Scarborough Tree was very satisfactory and believe anyone would be happy with a service that puts so much into making customers happy. We say that with confidence based on considerable experience on the subject.  We have a good deal of future tree work required on the property and will be calling on Chad and his excellent crew at Scarborough Tree. 

The crew were excellent, and the services performed were above my expectations.  They showed up on time, with lots of equipment and they finished the job in much less time than I imagined.  They were careful to avoid running over the area where my septic tank is located.  The price quoted was my final price, with no added "extra" fees.  The clean up after was exceptional.  I will definitely use this company again in all of my future landscaping needs due to their quality, and professionalism.

Chad and his team did a great job.  All agreed upon services were provided in the time frame that was promised.  They even removed branches off of some trees that were not in our original agreement.  The team was professional, polite, and did a great job with the tree removal and the clean up.  We couldn't tell they had been there when the job was completed.  I would certainly use them again in the future.  Chad is a hard worker and a really nice guy.  Thank you so much for a job well done!

They were quite reasonable compared to most. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very careful. They were very mindful of my property.

The Scarborough crew arrived on time and came prepared to work. I was very impressed with the job they did and their expertise. They took down 3 large trees and cleaned up everything afterward. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend this company.

Chad and his crew arrived and quickly got to work. Within 2 hours they had both trees down and had completely cleaned up the area to as good if not better than before they started. The pricing for the provided services was very competitive. We'll certainly use Scarborough's Tree Service again in the future and highly recommend the company to new customers.
