"We received the call of a stopped up sewer line. I sent out a technician the next day he augured the line but was unable to clear the blockage. He went back the next day with a larger machine and augured it again. The distance from her house to the city main was only 60 feet and we ran over 100 feet of cable down the line. It was determined that the stoppage was in the city main. We advise the customer that she needed to call the city to have them come clear the main. We did our very best to help her but we are not allowed to auger city main sewer lines."
