We had a tub that was leaking and faucets that were dripping. Wayne was able to identify the tub leak very quickly and correct it. The faucets proved to be very problematic. Wayne went above and beyond trying to rectify the faucet situation. His diligence paid off and they were able to be repaired instead of replaced.

Work was done in 2 days as promised. K & W did all the plumbing, including reroutes of water lines, and all the carpentry, shower surround and glass door installs. This included having to make some complex modification for the placement of the shower controls on the back wall instead of the shower head wall. They did and outstanding superior job. They showed up early and left late. They cleaned up after themselves and the price quoted was what was charged.

Paid to have all six rooms downstairs installed with hardwoods to include all trim replaced. After they were done and had left my wife and I noticed one room was not re-trimmed with the quarter round as ALL the other rooms had been. Obviously an oversight so we contacted Wayne who instead of owning up to his mistake Wayne stated that that particular room was not included and would be an ADDITIONAL charge....how this sunroom was not included makes no sense the trim was removed and not replaced!!!!. We are being nickeled and dimed AFTER we made the mistake and paid them I have spent over $15000 with this company and had planned on spending at least that much more but this experience has left a bad taste in our mouths. Please do yourself a favor if you want to roll the dice with them... Get Everything in writing
