My process was very slow with my insurance company- HomeSmart was patient with the process.  I had to supply three estimates to my insurance company.  They were the only company that did all of the leg work ; instead of just working off my insurance paperwork and numbers!  Not only did they have to put on a new roof; gutters, screens, some inside painting had to be done.  I was extremely pleased with their staff and I would highly recommend their company.

Got an estimate for replacement roof from Joel Smith. He was prompt and professional and always responded to my calls. I had one concern on the sheeting and Joel sent someone to repair this area. Home Smart is definitely the first company I will count on for any roofing issues. I recently called Joel for an estimate on another house and after looking at it he determined I needed no service from him at this time. He spent over one hour there, even spraying water to check for leaks. Although they are not the cheapest, the quality is well worth the price.

A few weeks after a heavy hail storm, Drew from HomeSmart came by the house to check if I'd had anyone inspect my roof for hail damage. I had not, so I let him give me a free inspection. He let me know that there was some significant damage. I thanked him and took his information and after looking over the folder of great information about the company, I decided that I would give them a shot. Once I had set up an appointment for my insurance adjuster to come out, I let HomeSmart know and Drew was back out to be there while the adjuster did his estimate. He made certain that the adjuster saw everything that he did on his inspection.

Insurance was able to pay for the roofing job minus my deductible, but Drew worked with me and with me letting him leave their sign in the yard for a few weeks after, he was able to cover my deductible so that I ended up paying nothing out of pocket for the new roof. The work began a few days after the meeting and it was very quick and efficient work. The roof job was completely done in 1.5 days. The crew was very good at their job and was extremely thorough in cleaning up after wards, running their magnets everywhere making sure that there were no left over nails around the house. Afterwards it looked like no one had even been there.

I was very impressed with HomeSmart, because they were just so quick and helpful too, the project manager answering any questions I had by email and phone and even coming out to the house to see how things were going and if I had any concerns.

They did a great job. A friend that I work with highly recommended them and he is a very picky individual. They met with the insurance adjuster and they did an excellent job. They worked with the insurance company and everything was mostly taken care of through them. I absolutely would hire them again with no question. I don't think anybody would be disappointed with this company.
